In its first ever dual-solo show, Kult Gallery presents ‘Mono’, an exhibition featuring a body of monochromatic works by two exciting young local artists, Dawn Ang and Chris Chai.
With similar sensibilities that manifest in different ways, both artists aim to showcase how traditional black and white imagery fits into the realm of contemporary art.
Works displayed at Mono aims to capture the dramatic yet subtle intensity of a reality without colour. The exhibition was held at Kult Gallery on the 22nd of April and runs till 3rd of June.
