From 10 - 12 January, Kult curated a group exhibition featuring 20 artists for Singapore Chinese Cultural Centre's REMIX Festival as part of Singapore Art Week. MYTHOLOGY: THE REMIX challenged artists to reinterpret traditional Chinese Mythology characters and stories with a modern twist.

A reinterpretation of the Chinese deities, sanxing. At a glance, the trio appear to look ordinary, but hiding amongst their traditional threads are details and elements of our contemporary society. These twists and quirks reflect the traits of the deities respectively; Prosperity, Statue, and Longevity. Look closely and discover the modern day version of these traits in good old fashion HelloPigu style. Can you spot them all?
